Hi, I’m Faye.
I started practicing yoga out of curiosity and continued to practice because of the many benefits I experienced, both physical and emotional. Yoga has given me so many gifts–among them patience, acceptance, and strength–and I teach because I want to share the practice and its gifts with you.
I invite you to be fully present in your body. I offer fun, challenging classes where you are encouraged to be playful and curious while maintaining focus on the breath and mindful and safe alignment. I also offer restorative classes where you are invited to sink into props and allow yourself to be supported as you unwind and consciously relax.
I trained in Vinyasa Flow at the Down Under School of Yoga in Boston, where I completed my 200-hour training under Kate Heffernan, Danielle Doyle, Gregor Singleton, and Claire Este-McDonald. I also completed Jillian Pransky’s 80-hour Restorative Yoga teacher training, and my teaching is heavily influenced by the wonderful instructors I’ve had the privilege of practicing with at Dig Yoga.
