Restorative Yoga | Thursday evenings 6:15 - 7:15 EDT

Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, creating the conditions for you to reach a state of deep rest and renewal. Your body will be supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to find comfort in stillness and to relax physically, mentally, and emotionally.

all classes are held in person and live-streamed, with class recordings shared for 36 hours for those who are unable to join live
